Subscription¶
The Craft Planner and the Craft Helper are coming soon. They will start in a pilot phase. Subscriptions are not open yet. During the pilot phase no account needs a subscription.
The pilot phase¶

One account covers both programs. Before the tools are announced no period runs, and an account has no end date.
Where you see the state of your account¶
Your account page shows the state of the account. Before the tools are announced it says that the tools are coming soon.
What read only means¶

Your saved plans stay on your PC. Nothing is removed when the period ends.
How to ask for an extension¶
An extension is possible once the pilot period of the account has started. The staff handles it through a support ticket.
A period can be extended more than once. An extension also works after the period has ended.
The subscription¶
A subscription will be offered later. It will cover both programs with one account.
