Craft Planner

The Craft Planner is a Windows desktop program for Path of Exile 1. It answers one question: what is the cheapest sensible way to craft this item, and what can go wrong on the way?

You describe the item you want. The Planner proposes routes from your base to that item and ranks them, cheapest first. It sends nothing to the game.

What you do in the Planner

What a plan holds

A plan is a list of steps. Each step shows the action, the stop condition, the chance, the expected attempts and the cost. Each step also lists its outcomes: what can happen, how likely it is, why the next action follows, and where the plan continues.

• Routes can chain several methods and several items, such as preparing two influenced bases and merging them.
• Every rule carries its source tier. A plan lists the rules it uses that are not hard game data.
• Routes that were built and rejected are listed with the reason.
• A plan with a step the Planner cannot cost is marked as incomplete.

The Flow tab shows the plan at a glance: which step follows on success, and which step follows otherwise.

Tools around the plan

Emulator	Try a currency, a bench craft or another method by hand on a virtual item
Mod view	Every mod of the base with its tier, the item level it needs, its weight and its chance
Batch page	One method run many times, with the chance per attempt, the expected attempts and the cost
Prices page	Every price with its source and its age. A missing price is named, and you can type it
Profit tab	You enter a sale value. The Planner shows cost, profit and a listing price at an undercut you choose
Cost slider	What a cheaper target gives up, in named steps, and a keep list of smaller results worth keeping

What the Planner covers

The Planner covers gear in Path of Exile 1. Jewels, cluster jewels, flasks, maps and Path of Exile 2 are planned and are not part of the current program. See Features.

What the Planner leaves out

The Planner only advises. It sends no input to the game, reads no stash, and does not buy, list or sell.
